It is Wednesday which means we are talking about some of the most fabulous skincare products in the business currently. Skincare is an industry that will never get old, and will keep us from looking it, am I right? I want to let you in on a few little skincare tips. These tips will make you look like 30 when you are 50, 50 when you are 70 and so on and so forth.STEAM, CLEANSE, ICE, SPF. Steaming helps open your pores, cleansing wipes away the debris that is now opened in your pores, Icing helps your pores close after they’re cleansed, and SPF is just one of the most important facets of skincare. Always wear sunscreen, I don’t care if you are chilling with me in sunny Malibu or if you are in Alaska you should be protecting your skin from harmful UV rays and sunscreen does.
Here is a more clinical, scientific explanation:
Sunscreen protects us from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays: UVA and UVB. UVB rays are responsible for sunburn. … Sunblock creates a shield to prevent UVA and UVB rays from reaching the skin and keep it safe from the harmful effects of UV radiation. It’s important to know that UVA rays are the ones that penetrate deeper in your skin and can cause skin aging and skin cancer.
UVA damage is not reversible and we must protect ourselves at all times of the year from these rays. Wearing sunscreen every day can protect you from exposure to these rays.
Which brings me to today’s product Dermalogica.
So what is Dermalogica? Brilliant, but that is just my opinion. It is the number one choice of skincare professionals in the world. There is no frills when it comes to this product! Their words, not mine. They aren’t about being pretty or luxurious, they are purely about improving your skin health and doing a heck of a job at it. They are certified vegan on all but 4 of our products. . By the end of 2020, 90% of their packaging will be recyclable or bio-degradable. Going forward, all paper and cartons they use are FSC certified to be sustainable for forests. Their formulae are all manufactured in California, which boasts some of the world’s strongest environmental and consumer protections.
I received the Cleansing Gel and Dynamic Skin Recovery and I have to say I am completely in love. I have a full routine of how I use both these products and it has been working wonders for me. My skin has been so soft and supple. Its been looking and feeling so healthy and so young.
I start with my steamer to open my pores and then I have been using the Cleansing Gel. What is so cool is the cleanser is soap free. The lather removes all of the impurities in my pores without stripping my skin of the things it needs and without drying out.
