Hello Dolls

Today we are going to talk about one of my favorite things. Hair. I am not going to lie to you, I get a lot of questions about how I do my hair (I was a hair model when I was younger) and today I wanted to provide a step by step process of how to get my blow out. Now I do want to warn you this is not for the faint of heart. It takes 45 minutes after the shower to get my locks. Now that I have put that disclaimer out lets get beautiful dolls.

I start off by showering with my Pura D’or Advance Therapy Shampoo and Conditioner. This shampoo is one of my absolute favorites. It is clinically proven to reduce hair thinning due to breakage as a shampoo & conditioner system. This combination increases volume, strength, shine, thickness, moisture, and luster while decreasing; thinning, breakage, dullness, hair fall, dryness, frizz.

Now I am not going to lie to you between this beauty routine and coloring my hair does take a beaten so after my shower I use an overnight mask and an oil to reduce any heat damage. My absolute favorite oil is KERASTASE ELIXIR ULTIME OLEO-COMPLEXE VERSATILE BEAUTIFYING OIL. I use is every day in the morning.
After you have applied your favorite moisturizer to your hair you are going to need a scrunchie and a comb clip to separate the hair, a round brush, and a blow dryer. I separate my hair into a few different sections because it is SO THICK. Depending on the thickness of your hair will depend on the sections. I then take my round brush and blow dry my hair middle to ends, rocking the brush back and forth to create volume and to curl the end. I make sure to get my ends super well to seal them in and I alternate the brush to get more dimension and different curls. I do not blow dry my roots… I know… it is shocking but I just don’t do it and I feel like it leaves me with beautiful volume and naturalness at the scalp. Even with not blowdrying my roots this routine takes me a good 45 minutes in the morning.
