Detox Drinks You Can Make with the NutriBullet

Today I want to talk to you about all of the fun and fresh detox recipes you can make with a handy little tool, The Nutri Bullet! Drinking detox drinks allows you to get all of the good nutrients and vitamins that your body craves in a few sips! They are a healthy way to give your immune system a great boost and make you feel better overall. I personally love the Nutri Bullet because it makes making smoothies quick and effortless and they come with cool jars that you can take with you throughout the day. Even if you don’t have a branded Nutri Bullet, try these delicious recipes with your trusted blender.

Papaya & Coconut Smoothie

Papaya has many health benefits including reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer, aiding in digestion and more. This beautiful fruit is grown in tropical climates and have sweet, radiant taste and color.

  • 1  Cup of Papaya

  • 1 Cup of Coconut Milk

  • 1 tablespoon of Ginger

  • ½ Cup of Lime Juice

  • 1 Cup of Oranges

  • 1/2 Cup of Blueberries

Throw all of these ingredients in your blender together and watch the blender create magic! You can garnish this smoothie with blueberries and fleshy oranges.

Star Fruit Smoothie

Star Fruit, also known as Carambola is a fruit native to the tropical Southeast Asia region. It has an interesting star shape (which it’s named after). It has a great mild sweet and sour flavor. This fruit is loaded with antioxidants and low in sugar making it the perfect ingredient for a detox smoothie.

 

  • 1 Cup of Starfruit

  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

  • ½ cup of Kale

  • ½ of a regular-sized Cucumber

  • ½ cup of Pineapples

Orange Carrot Ginger Smoothie

Oranges are very vibrant and have a sweet juicy tangy taste! Although they are more common than a lot of fruits, they are often underrated as a viable source of vitamins. This recipe is perfect for vegans and those on a Paleo diet.

  • 2  Cups of Oranges

  • 1 Regular Sized Carrot

  • 2 Teaspoons of Ginger

  • 1 Teaspoon of Tumeric

  • ¼ cup of Lemon Juice

Orange Banana Smoothie

Mixing oranges and bananas is always a great time, they both contribute such great flavors in a balanced harmony. They both offer a healthy heaping of vitamins, antioxidants, and a load of other health benefits.

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Orange

  • ½ cup of Pineapple Juice

  • 2 Teaspoons of honey

Blend this combination thoroughly and enjoy it with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top for some extra pizzazz.
