Winter has been dragging on, even here in California, and I don’t know about you but I get a bit antsy for spring when we start getting teasers from mother nature. How do you beat the winter blahs? Sometimes you have to shake your own tree and get your life moving again. Here are 5 of the best things you can do for yourself, today to help re energize your spirit.
Say hello to three strangers before they say hello to you. Studies show that it will make you happier and make you smile more when you make someone else feel good.
Try one new beauty product. Get that new lipstick out of your bag and paint em up or try out your new face steamer. Today I used my new light-activated sunscreen from Dermalogica, .
